Hello all

We have a reoccurring problem with a machine constantly having transfer errors. Leave it alone for two hours and it will magically run without problems. Everything has been changed from the main board to the transfer rollers.
The machine is spotless but it is over 200 thousand meters. This has become quite a issue for this customer so I am hoping one of you guys can help!

Please see the description of the symptom below (according to the customer):

- This error only occurs when printing in colour mode.
- No issue at all when printing in Mono mode.
- Printing in Mono mode works fine even when getting this error message
- When the colour print job has started, it seem to work fine for the rest of the current job.
- This error does not occur during printing.
- The error seems to occur when the colour print job continues after the machine stopped and asks for toner replenishment.
- It seems to work again after turning the machine off from the main switch for a few hours and restart again.

You will get some strange issues from the transfer rollers not having conductive grease on the end of the shaft.
