| I have a customer with a Imagepro GX 42HD never worked on one and we have them under service contract lucky me. So i was hoping someone has a service manual or something to help me out they are getting to black lines in the paper feed direction. |

Maybe it's just dirty glass, scratched glass.

If your scanned image has any shaded or filled areas these can result in stripes. Adjusting resolution may help. There is also a calibration/white balance you can run after you ensure it has been cleaned.
I wouldn't worry too much. I've had to work on some of the Graphtec scanners and whenever I contact them for support they are always very helpful.
