I have a customer with a Imagepro GX 42HD never worked on one and we have them under service contract lucky me. So i was hoping someone has a service manual or something to help me out they are getting to black lines in the paper feed direction.

Maybe it's just dirty glass, scratched glass.

Ya i thought that to but had them check no scratches or dirt was cleaned.

If your scanned image has any shaded or filled areas these can result in stripes. Adjusting resolution may help. There is also a calibration/white balance you can run after you ensure it has been cleaned.

I wouldn't worry too much. I've had to work on some of the Graphtec scanners and whenever I contact them for support they are always very helpful.
