For the last week or so our KIP 8000 has been popping when printing out of rolls 3 and 4 (the bottom drawer). I have replaced both clutches for that drawer, as best I can see all the gears look good behind that plate (haven't taken it apart to full inspect it), and I have even switched the entire drawer with another one from another 8000 we have that was not having this problem. I wouldn't think its the paper gate clutch and brake because I recently replaced that as well and it only does it coming out of the bottom drawer. Any help would be great thanks.

Might be the spindle brake. Try swapping the spindles to another drawer.

Or the Socket that the Drawer plugs into when shut. Contacts inside could be dirty or not springing against the plug.

Check gears for broken/worn teeth also check gears that might have a crack in it but wouldn't be noticeable unless under stress.
