I have an issue with the front display having no power. I checked the LED's on the mainpwb. DCP1 and DCP2 are on, DCP3 and DCP4 are off.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I was going to ask Which front display. But the schematic shows both the PW7770 and PW7771 are both directly hooked to the PW7720 DC Controller.

The problem will most likely be with the Display board(s) themselves, Wires connecting them, DC Controller, and possibly the 5V Power supply if we are talking about the PW7771.

If we are talking about the PW7771 I would start with testing the 5VDC on the DC Controller and see if you are getting 5VDC where the wire harness that goes to the PW7771 connects.

If you are getting 5VDC at the DC Controller and not at the PW7771 board/harness connector then you have something wrong with the Wiring harness.

Not the fun stuff to trace on the KIP. I believe that bundle of wires is a pain to separate from the machine.
