Prints out of roll deck one consistently cut 8mm shorter than the same prints run out of roll deck two.

Leading Registration, Trailing Margin, & Cut Length settings are at default. But those settings control both decks equally.

Swapped
All clutches between both decks
Sensors
Pinch rolls with leaf springs between both decks

Anyone seen anything like this, or have any ideas?

Thanks

Have you checked the drawer timing belts?

Also the Drawer Sockets on KIP machines have issues. If the Spring Connectors inside the socket are worn and not making good contact when the drawer is closed your clutches will work but will be weak and can slip.

If a good solid connection is made then the clutches hold and lock in place and won't slip.

You can take a pick to bend the tangs out to make better contact or just replace the socket.

I haven't seen this on a 3000/3100 but I have seen this on the 7000s.

Personally I have never experienced your issue on this model.
