I have this problem with the C7800 where i have gone through all the KIP tech bullitins and tips and made sure all my settings are correct but this isn't solving anything. I have a problem wher only small sheets will get stuck and not move with the belt apperently. I am not sure if that is what is happening but it looks like the page is down below where the image is all the way up at the top and not on the paper. As if it is just sticking to the plate. I checked to see if the cleaning blade was set and cleaned. And no luck there. Here is a picture to give you an idea.

If the image is above the paper on the belt wouldn't that indicate late paper feed? Just a WAG cause I don't work these.....

I remember a bulletin about long length problems. Any chance the reverse is true for short length?
On the extreme left side of the machine (from the rear, is the tension sensor plate clean? It's hard to get too, and, if you had a customer like mine who tried to "help out" once and used a can of air to clean out the area where the main waste toner is located, it dusted the plate, and the waste toner sensor area LED's.

I will check the waste toner area on the left hand side. I checked and there was a dusting of waste toner over there. I cleaned it off. Hopefully that will work. Thank you.

Ok here is an update on this. I did the cleaning of the sensor. It didn't work. But then i vaccuumed off the rolller on the bottom of the machine. It worked as soon as i did that. So hopefully that stays the fix. It has happend once since then and did the same thing and had no problems after.

I am having a problem with only the RED printing out as ORANGE. Everything else seems to be bright and clear. Any ideas?
