I have a 7700 that when it run out of paper if they don't reload in about five minutes when they do it just sat there saying processing you have to shut down the machine and then reboot the IPS then it will start the job back up the software is 7.4.146 Eprom 120x11b patch ver 7.4.642-01 unattend 7.4.0.642 anyone seen this maybe havea answer ? _________________ Charlie I'll keep my Guns, Freedom, & Money ...... Try updating the IPS software to 7.4.817-01
