Customer is getting a new 9900. It won't fit through their doorway. So we have to take off the fuser and the IPS. We did this 5 years ago, but I don't remember how we did it exactly. Can you take off the whole fuser after removing the covers and fan assembly? Which screws hold the fuser on? The service manual does not show how to take off the whole fuser.
Thank! |

It's virtually the same as an 8000. Do you have that service manual? _________________ Regards,

Yes there are a few screws on the bottom side that need to be removed and the two up top and unplug it. You will also have to take the two supports off the the Fuser sits on as well. Easy |
