I'm going to guess that your KIP2000 is running 6.5 and you will need the KIP mixedenvironment.exe patch. This will allow 6.5 to communicate with 7.0 and higher KIP Request.

You will have to upgrade to 6.5 then do as Dlee stated. One problem you are going to have is for the 2000 to run 6.5 you will need to do an EPROM upgrade. I'm not sure those eproms are still available through KIP

I forgot about that eprom upgrade from 6.2 to 6.5. I have a bunch of eproms in a bin. Do you recall what the number was?
