I have a 7770 with a folder which has started losing communication requirng a reboot of the folder and sometimes both devices to get it back? has anyone else seen this? the firmware on the folder was updated about 6 months ago...
the other issue that I have seen on multiple 7770s (and other models) is that when the controller hangs up and the customer does a reboot (or I) the controller doesnt always come back on requiring the rear cover to be removed and the button to be pushed manually. besides leaving the rear cover unscrewed is there anything else that can be done to prevent this from happening? since install the customer has had to do this a few times and finds in a bit hoaky... |
