Hello guys i have a problem regarding Kip 9000. Actualy my scanner not work properly when i scan my document then two white line apppears automatically and after 20 minutes my scanning will be appear perfectly on line mode but not on photo mode. I tried to clean scanner and also clean assembly and all but no luck. Remember that my machine print the my file perfectly but on copy machine appears line. I know that is the problem of scanner but i cant resolve this issue. If anyone know about this subject then please guide..

It will depend on the model scanner you have. Were you not trained on the equipment?
