I pass the Sensor test, then move to LED head jointw (as instructed to skip Skew) and if that doesn't fail, the next, color registration will.

I wipe down the belt inbewteen all of them. It is getting a little dirty but in my opinion not dirty enough to fail the tests

What does the test print 31 look like? All colors clear?
Stop it during the color registration test, do the color marks look clear?

As the belt and sensors wear its best to go manual. Make sure you keep back up files in the service mode. You will need these. In the manual they call it fine tuning ( see set up instructions) after you you do it a few times it is very simple and can mean a lot of less stressful nights.
