Our 7000 with 6.5.492 has a jumbled image when printed to. There is nothing that is disearnable on the page. Even the test page from the driver is scrambled into large grey boxes of nothing. I am able to VNC into the controller and delete the contents of the Monpath folders (prequest, temp, bad files) and then restart, didn't help. Printnet comes up just fine too.
When I go into the event log in Windows on the controller, it shows a tcipip6 error.. We don't use ip6. Image mod?
Any ideas?
Thanks!

This is just TCP/IP version 6 and can be ignored. This isn't used on the KIP.

As for the issue you are seeing, can you print again and then look in the d:\t folder for either *.tlc or *.tif files and view them and see if they are correct (showing what you are trying to print).

This will lead us in one direction or the other. If they are good, then it is on the printer side, if they are bad, then it is on the controller side.

I did a test print from the front user panel, and it printed fine. So, controller is suspected. I will look at that folder when i return to the plotter. Isn't it odd that vnc works fine but the controller may be the issue? I don't remember where file processing is done. M files?
