| copies look good full pic, but getting voids intermintent, and moving lead to trail. they are blank areas about 2in x 4 in. one minute there could be one or two blank spots and then the next copy will have 6 blank spots. it seems to only happen if longer than a 11in print. they are running 36 in paper 20lb. i replaced the charge and it came out black, however it was a 3001 charge unit and noticed that the grid is different. any ideas?? i have pics if there is a way to post? |
