We've downloaded new Windows driver and new AutoCad driver. We can now print from AutoCad, but we do not have the KIP Request drop down menus. We think we might need to import the KIP file somehow, but how do we do that? |

I am assuming you are referring to the accounting portions of the software. If so, then you will need to enable this within PrintNET's Administration screen.
Enable Unified Accounting: Administrative user may turn on/off the use of KIP Track for Request Client software and the KIP Windows driver. |

In addition to turning this feature on in PrintNet, you should make sure the Winreq.ini file on the client computer should have a line that reads...
UnifiedAccounting = 1
If this line is = 0 then the feature is turned off. |
