| Ok, tried factory restore from service mode and machine did the same thing. Loaded the factory disk with the controller in the machine, i get to the ghost screen and get this error. A:\ghostterr.txt If I reboot the machine it goes back to original problem. Didn't get that error when i tried the disk with the controller separate from the machine. |

| I remember reading about that error popping up if you are using a usb hub. I would unplug all usb cables except the one that runs the monitor and see if it changes. |
