What is the passwords to push a file to the controller via the manage button in kip request?
What is the password to enter the service area of the IPS from the configuration screen in the IPS?

Its the master password set in request and sometimes it gets corrupt. Close Request and open the request.ini file then delete the MP= and SP= fields out. Then save the ini, reopen request, when it prompts for a password leave it blank and hit OK. Then try again.
