So the first print out of the machine will have a repeat image right in the middle, then all other pages will be fine. It won’t do it first thing in the morning the machine has to be on for a while, so what I have done is changed out all wires made sure the they were at spec, also made transfer separation guide was at 7mm, check all voltages all are good. Did an emergency stop it is coming from the drum area measured the distance and it’s around 9 7/8 so we put in brand new drum did not help, put in rebuilt dev roller and instead of two voids it went down to one, also made sure the print density was at the second line. So I am at a loss what to do next was hoping you had some ideas thank you for the time.

I know it has been a while since your post and probably have already have the problen solved, but is the problen with all rolls, or just the ones loaded in the back of the drawer. I had to move my widest paper to the front position in the paper drawers to eliminate such a problem as this.

Thanks for the reply they already run there wide paper in the front drawers.
