Hi guys, KC80, The original is a white writtin letters on red solid background.
First, I got a white ghost repeat of the letter at 145mm (near dev unit rotation) from lead to trail. I tried to adjust some spec like PH density, transfer voltage with no luck.
Went back to customer site yesterday and I found that my problem come from magenta dev unit.
If I lower the bias (was at 250) to 140, I fix the problem....but I create another one cause now the red is not good or beautifull.
I clean all dev unit bias contact, change corona, interchange Y drum with M drum, disable auto density sensors/ surface sensors, change-try some spec in service mode.....with no luck.
Any other idea would be really appreciated.
I have order dev rebuilt kit.
Machine got 296k sqf. |
