Has anyone ever had a 7000 leave voids on the first page of a set but print all the rest after that. The dev is pretty new so is drum and corona wires. I am going out tomorrow to look was hoping to get a little insight if someone has had this problem thanks.

Sure sounds like either coronas or possibly moisture in the paper. I would manually cut 3 feet off of the roll before running the first copy, see if the streaks are still there.
