Hi Maybe. someone has seen this problem before. All parts for the IPS have been replaced, new motherboard, CPU, Memory, Hard Drive and Graphics Board. Swapped out the entire IPS Assembly from another KIP C7800. Latest software and firmware has been installed numerous times. Nothing we have done seems to eliminate problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Mike t.

Did you put key codes back in? Can you print from anything else?
