This the IPS version of the 7000. Customer said it went totally dead. In Checking I have incoming 220 volts just about everywhere including power switch. There isn't ANYTHING running , no lights or LEDs, no fans, etc!
I have worked on the 7000's since they first were released and have never seen this problem.
I am ordering the AC Power board as I have the 220v to it but nothing turns on.
Customer said they heard some Popping noise before it died,
I have looked just about everywhere and see no shorts. even tried replacing the power supply that shorts sometimes.

Any Suggestions????

Help!
