Customer has an 8000 and a 7095 at one time we were able to shift the work station at the 8000 to the 7095 and send jobs to both units. For some reason now this ability is no longer available. I'm looking for someone that can help me get this function again. |

Two big questions here.....
1. What changes have been made since it worked?
2. What versions are each running? |

Request 5.2.2
Unattend 5.2.18
Scan 5.2.0
Only the unattend seems to be working properly. I have the INI files available for viewing if you need. |

That sounds backwards to me. The 7095 workstation was the controller running Unattend. So if Request was in the 7095 workstation you could connect it to the 8000 by just adding a printer. I would guess that both were running 5.5 version software. |

My customers 7095 had a corrupt file happen in the request software. I currently have reloaded all the software but am having issues with the request software not showing the machine type at the top (no big deal) but when I try to send a job from request it errors on me stating
"Can't find printer path : KIP 7095"
So that is the first issue.
Then it is just getting the software to "Find KIP Printer" |

Sounds like you are using Monitor Paths to send to the printers, is that correct? Within the winreq.ini you should see [MultiplePrinters] (I believe) and under that is where you setup the Monitor Paths.
The Monitor Paths should point to a shared folder on the controller (where Unattend resides). |
