I have a customer that has a walk up business. He is wanting me to fix the machine where it ready when ever you walk up to the machine. I have turn cold and warm sleep time off and set the machine to go to sleep at 1800 and wake up at 0600. Is there a way to make the machine stay in a warm up mode and the touch screen to stay on? Confused

Steps to prevent the touch screen from going into power save mode:

From a workstation, run vncviewer program.
Enter the IP Address,
Password KIP,
Using your mouse, not the keyboard, click ?,
SERVICE,
8495107,
ENTER,
OK,
?,
RESET.

Now you are viewing the desktop of the controller.
Right Click the Desktop,
Properties,
Screen Saver,
Power,
Turn Off Monitor Drop Down Box, NEVER.
OK,
OK,
Click Restart KIP 3000.

Now your touch screen is set to never go black.

To turn off the warm sleep mode, enter service mode and modify the setting on the first screen.
