I have a 7770 that takes 30 min to warm up. When it goes ready you can copy or print all you want. As soon as you open and shut a cover it takes another 30 min to go ready. It will go ready every time if you let it cycle long enough. Its a new machine. The company I work for bought it from another company. I have serviced the 7100 for couple years but Im not trained on this one.

I would look at your input voltage from the wall? Is it keeping the proper voltage and if so monitor the draw and see if it dips to far low! Heat lamps are the one thing that suffer from under voltage!

Second make sure all heat lamps are coming on!!!! Check that the thermister is working as well!
