only 43780 sq feet on machine and since 43000 it has had 12 of these jams. i already ck'd the sep sensor and encoder sensor for change of state. there good. i even cleaned the shaft on the encoder wheel for debri. still no go. the voltages are good. |

Try replacing the sensor. I have seen them cause this issue before. |

replaced transfer sep and it got better, but still existed. replaced seperation sensor and fixed all problems.....tks for input guys.... |
