Does anybody have any experience with this model yet? I have a customer that bought 2 of these units off lease. One works fine. The other one won't boot up. It eventually gives an SC670 error code. The drum never turns during initialization. I have reseated all connections, removed the drum and verified that it is does turn freely. Put the whole thing back together and still get the error code. The book says that it is a bad MCU. Has anybody run across this before on this model that can shed some light on this? I would really like to get this one running. It is a 2 roll unit and the other one is a 1 roll unit. Help please. It is an hour and a half drive one way to work on this one.

Thanks.

You may want to try an flash the firmware. You'll have to get a 512 mb sd card and copy the firmware to it and pop it into slot 2 on the back.
