I am getting slight toner build up on the back lead edge of the plans. Has anyone seen this? _________________ I'll have a tech give you a call shortly. |

Yup, I have 1 5k and it's always done that. I can clean every baffle in it and it still craps up the back of the print. I found out that if I don't look at the back of the prints it seems OK..... _________________ Regards,

I have seen the adjustment of the mylar strip in the T/S assy cause this. Typically when it is adjusted too close to the drum.
But I like Mark's fix better |

Try replacing the varistor, I've seen it cause CQ problems on other printers. _________________ Regards,
