Hello
A few years ago we bought the machine kip 2200, after a few months we had the error "Becomes platen glass or dirty (214) ", which was solved doing the shading on the scanner. Since then we have applied this solution to the error 214. Nevertheless, last week the error 214 has come back, so we have applied the Shading and during this process new error appears:
Start - An error occurred (610).

I have a similar issue, but a 612 error. I've also noticed that one lamp is not as bright as the other two. They are several years old, so I'm suspecting this may be my issue. I'll let you know when I have changed them out.
