| I'm setting up a Windows 7 laptop to check 2300 bud settings. I went through TB-K121-005, with no success. It's 64 bit and I've installed the USB 2.0 driver and am using version 1.2 diag, but it's not working. The "send and receive" are grayed out. I noticed on the 1.2 diag that it doesn't show a bud version. The firmware has also been upgraded to the latest version. The compatibility chart (in the TB) shows this should be working, but it's not. |

| I spoke with 2 different hardware support techs and we can't get the 2300 diagnostics to work with a Windows 7 laptop. Now if I go to the hardware config within the IPS unit, the diag will work. |
