I am sure KIP went over this with you, but did they have you close the touchscreen software and Unattend down to see if the job ticket was even making it to the printer?

That is where I would start....if it is making it there and it is a complete and good job ticket, then the problem is on the printer side.

If it isn't making it there, then we need to go back to the workstation and see what's going on.

Just an FYI, roll information is coming into the workstation from the printer while a job ticket/print job is leaving the workstation to the printer. You would think that just because "I have roll info" all would be good, but never assume anything.

So, are you saying that job ticket is or isn't ending up on the controller in the d:\monpath1\request directory?

Did you try turning off the firewall and antivirus?

Again, firewall and antivirus keep things out, as in rollinfo.dat...that's making it through, so I would ignore this completely.

Need to start with basics and see what is making it to the controller; if anything.

You can also turn the Debug=999 in the winreq.ini and we can get some command lines to try to see what kawpdft.exe is returning.
