Hello all can someone tell me how I would go about making an image longer? Ihave a client using Vellium paper and the prints are not to scale ,they are 5mm short. I tried adjusting fuser and drum speeds with no help they will adjust the sides when this done also.I JUST NEED THE IMAGE TO BE STRECHED 5MM LEAD TO TRAIL.
Thanks for any info.

Did you tried to adjust the drum speed by only few data/number or you tried it like 30-40 data more or less than default one ?
Also, it is a copy or print ? |

There is a setting in the service menu of the IPS that allows for stretching an image for both the X and Y axis. You can set the length or width in mm and it is done at the software level, not the printer level. |
