That isn't much wear. Pull the fuser and look for something out of place or worn. Have you tried a new roll of paper? _________________ Regards,

Thanks.
I tried with new paper roll also but no use (A1, 100M)
I hope this is something related to Fuser speed.

Try forming the fuser entrance guide up a bit in the middle to create an arc in the paper as it reaches the fuser. Fuser speeds could also be an issue if you can figure out how to program them.
You must make sure your machine has been leveled as an un-level machine can stress the frames and cause the fuser rollers to wear unevenly.
The last thing I can think of would be to check the fuser pressure, make sure it is the same on both ends of the fuser, and that your upper fuser bushings aren't worn which can change the pressure, and the lower fuser bearings haven't started cutting grooves into the pressure roller. |

Most likely fuser speed settings.....but here is something else to look at.
Check to make sure your drum drive belt is seated properly and also check to see that on all the pulleys on the inside of the printer (left side),
that the cap screw that secures the pulleys on to the shafts are all there and intact. I have seen 1 or 2 where the cap screw either breaks off or loosens up and falls out and then the pulleys dont always turn properly.
(Somtimes slipping on the shaft) Causing paper speed and looping issues.
Regarding fuser speed....if its 30 wide paper try lowering SP#436 to 15.
if its 36/34 wide paper try SP#178 to 17
usually lowering the Clock #1 speed setting for the width your having problems with will do the job. _________________ PPCPete |

Most likely it is fuser speed, but the thing is that most techs bump it up or down a few numbers and see no difference so they move on to something else. Don't be afraid to bump it up or down by by 30, worst case scenario, you'll create another issue and then just bump it back. Many times I've gone and done that, where most guys won't take it "just a little bit more" and they're there trying to bump it up/down/up/down by 3 or 4 only. I'll take it a little further and it usually fixes the white voids or deletions. |

Could also be T/S assembly, try new wires and end blocks. |
