I have a 7100 when the customer scans or copies the grey lines and are disappearing as well as parts of the image this happening mostly on left hand side but it happening throughout the other parts of the copy and scan to.
Ran scanner calibration that did not help any adjusted copy and scan settings and makes no change when it prints their is no problems could it be that the CIS's are all going out i also upgraded software to the latest not sure what else it could be. Any help would be great. |

| I had the same issue on another 7100 scanner. I connected my laptop using the same scanner utility as for the 3100 (version 1.51) and that took care of the problem. |
