My customer does not want a competitor to service his 2 kip 7000

We (AGFA) are an authorized kip service provider in upstate NY although depending on the location the travel can be high. I'm based out of the Buffalo area and currently only have one of the older starprint 7000 units that I service (in a small printshop). I am unfamiliar with the software but find the hardware fairly straight forward and similiar to the newer 7000 series machines.
There are a lot of kip dealers in this area but we are the only ones that I know of that only do wide format and dont specilize in office copiers....As a result I've picked up some business from them. |
