We would love to have real people here with us on our fine forums. Unfortunately the spambots have outnumbered real users trying to register for a while. We keep adding more security and they keep finding ways around it.
My new solution is to disable automatic registering all together. I know it is a rash move, but it will free up our servers and make everything run a bit smoother.
So how to register?
It is simple really. Just drop me an email to [email protected] stating what user name and password you would like. I will manually set up your account for you and then you will be all set. It should actually be faster than the current system. Also tell me a little about yourself just so I know you are not a spambot getting smart.

Is this really the best use of our newly freed up bandwidth? Now if each post had a pic of a pretty girl or hot car, well that would lbe another story.
