Have a 5000 when they print from adobe the light grey lines will not show up at all, so had them print from kip printnet the lines show up but they are coming out very light and they do the same through kip print and kip request has anyone experienced this before thanks.
I don't believe it is a printer issue when a test print is sent they look perfect.
The drum is brand new and so is the image and transfer unit wires dev unit is also not very old about 100,00 on it. the machine has 960,00 SQ on it. |

Have you checked the Monochrome PDF Feature settings in thru printnet?
Try setting minimum feature size to 3, this has helped me before. |
