So a customer brought in there 110 and said the cyan cart was blinking empty after putting in a new one, first thought faulty cart or a bad ink supply station, tired a new ink supply station still would not recognize cart. So i put in old ink supply station put in a new cart and it work customer brought back with same issue so i am now wondering if the ink supply station is killing the cyan cart all others are working or is there something else i could be missing thanks. |

Yes. The ink supply station could be shorting out the ink tank chips. I have had this happen to one of my machines before. |
