When i print anyothing to the 6000 it has no buckle in the paper when coming up from the drawer. Now KIP said it was the drawers clutches but already replaced those. I also have done the following.
replaced clutches
replaced paper feed motor
replaced side clutches
replaced cutter
adjusted the main motor speed
adjusted the paper motor speed
adjusted the fuser moror speed
and nothing different happens. I get one page that cuts right. but then after that they all pull too tight and cuts it crooked and tears in the cuttter. Any suggestions? |

When you say you replaced the side clutches, I am assuming they are the second clutches that drive the feed from each drawer? Does it have this problem on all sizes from all drawers? Have you replaced the registration clutch since that is the only clutch that all the paper rolls use? I would also check that the registration sensor is working properly and the gate sensor. |
