I have a customer with a Oce' TDS700 recently updated software to R1.8.2. They scan to a folder on their server. after the update. They scan set A into folder A. viewer (scan preview) works as is should. The customer adds Folder B to server to scan set B and the viewer shows set A plans as it is scanning set B. If they clear the temp folder on the PLC it works fine and shows set B scans as the set B is being scanned. The viewer worked as expected before the update. Your thoughts?
