have a 5000 with a 600 scanner when you make 0ne copy it makes it half way out of fuser and then i get E-07 jam in the cutter. i removed the paper that is jammed in the cutter that should not be there and fuser start over same thing. now if you were to make more than one say 5 copies it will run all 5 without any problems. go back to making one copy bam jam. running 7.0.189.
the paper that is in the cutter should not be there. it's like it has a mind of its own.

any ideas would be great thanks

There have been many posts on here regarding cutter codes on the 5000 and 6000. I have had those codes on a 6000 which is pretty much the same thing. First thing is to make sure the paper is tight on the rolls and the rolls are tight on the spindles.
The problem I had ended up being the drawer transportation clutches that drive the paper to the registration area. There is one clutch for each drawer. Moving the paper around may help nail down which one is having the problem. It could also be the paper feed clutches or the registration clutch. I have read other posts that have had this fix their problem. What you are dealing with is a paper feed timing issue and since the paper doesn't stop feeding when the cutter cuts it, the codes appear when it detects a mis-timing issue.
You could also do a search for E07 codes on here and read other's posts. It took me maybe 3 weeks to get my problem resolved because it was intermittent and I started with the paper feed clutches as they appeared to fix the problem.
