I have a 5000 running 7.0.745. two to three times a month after receiving a print command the printer will print blank paper until it runns out of paper. Not sure if this is a hardware or software issue? any feedback would be greatly appriciated.

I would start by upgrading to the lastest version of 7.2
The 7.0 versions were really buggy. |
