I got the drivers or so I think but I am unable to install my KIP 3100 on a new PC running windows7 64bit. I know installs on XP i had to go add new port for the KIP monitor port using the monitor.inf file then add printer and use the plotter.inf but I dont see the monitor.inf file in the zip file I got for the 3100 from the kipamerica.com website. I went ahead and added the kip by IP which loaded fine but cant print to it. Could someone be so great and email [email protected] with directions on how to do a brand new install on a windows 7 box.
