When we print on 36" media there is fading on the far edge. Printing on 24 and 30" no problems just 36". Sounds to me it needs a cleaning is this something I can do myself and if so how do I go about it? _________________ Mike Ferretti

The answer would depend on your skill level. Since there are several things that can cause your issue I would encourage you to find a dealer in your area to do the work. I know there are several tech's in your area that check this forum. You could also post something in the freelance area. _________________ Regards,
