Very new 3000, installed about 3 weeks ago and used very little by customer. No problems until recently when copies started to look crooked or skewed. Figured a calibration was needed, even though the service manual says no unless physical changes have been made, but did anyway and no change. Strange thing is that internal test prints and printing straight from Request will produce crooked copies as well. Thought paper maybe wasn't feeding straight out of the deck, but that isn't the case. Pretty baffled....anyone see this before??

Haven't seen this, but if the paper is feeding straight, and the issue is with both scans and internal prints, I would check the print head. If the print head is not aligned with the drum center line, the image would be crooked on the sheet.
I would imagine that if the print head was not all the way down torward the drum, you would get a keystone effect, but the image would also be out of focus on the high side.

Check the LED assembly, we had one shake loose and it was doing the same thing.
