I HAVE A 2000 WITH 1.5 MIL ON IT. THE TWO SPRINGS IN THE TONER HOPER KEEP POPPING UP THIS HAPPENED THREE TIMES IN THE LAST WEEK. CAN ANYBODY SHED SOME LITE ON THIS AS TO WHY THIS IS DOING THIS.
