There is a set of blowers in the sliding cover on top of the machine refered to as the pressure blowers. The purpose of which is to aid the transition of the print from the inner xport to the fuser. What the hell controls them??? Following the electrical diagram the on signal comes from the DC controller. What triggers the DC controller?? These blowers will run, intermittently, wether in print or standby. Before I start swapping boards I thought I'd take the easy way out and ask all of you if you've ever had this issue. Could it be FM? A thermostat? The humidistat? _________________ Regards,

you have two banks of fans in there. One bank does as you stated to aid in transition to the fuser. The other bank cools the led head. How the machine knows when to turn on the 2nd bank? My vote is with FM |
