I have replaced 3 of the 4 fans (although manuals says there are 6 I only have 4), replaced the power supply board, and the relay board to no avail. Won't stay on long enough to get it into service mode, and I do not want to just keep swapping boards, the next few are pricey!! Any suggestions? Can a fan be operating normally and still cause this? _________________ Everytime something is made idiot proof... the world creates a better idiot! |

Hey, I know this is old. I just had one of these scanners start doing the same thing. Did you ever figure out the cause? _________________ What we have gained in technology, we have lost in humanity. |

I had one do this a long time ago. Turned out to be one of the fans froze up and it would not cool properly. Replaced it and it ran for a few more years before getting raid of it. |
