I took the machine apart to replace 2 and clean 2 of the paper feed FW and Return rollers. After putting it back together, I am now getting the E1 error. The first time I powered it up, the fuser lamp came on and it got hot but then the E1 error appeared. Now the lamp does not even come on, it'll sit for about 5-8 min. then error out to E1. I double checked all leads and confirmed that the lamp IS NOT blown. Any help?

I had this issue before and when I checked the connections I discovered that I plugged two of them in wrong. Once I switched them back, it worked. I am sorry to say I don't remember which two connections they were. They were on the right side if you are looking at the front of the machine.

Ok, I was on my way out the door to go double check everything. I'll look for this. Guess I'm just used to all plugs being different. I'll keep you posted.

I hope this is the issue. Thanks.
