Hi,

I still have probs to get the old 3620E running.

In the meantime I built up a PC using the following board:

D845GEBV2

The hard disk has two partitions (C and D).

Re-ghosting (4.5.Cool worked very well - NT starts up perfect. I choosed "External Controller..." and when booting up NT "NON-SCSI / STD. W/O PROMISE".

The driver kipdrvr.sys is running. The software revision on the KIP card is 1a (boardrev:1a).

The *.ini - files I checked and changed all named printers to 3620.

But it seems I dont get any "connection" to my printer. With switches on or off printer WINSTAT always tells me "Error 133 - Paper Jam". Also WINSTAT always mentions a printer 9820 instead of my 3620E.

Is there something wrong in BIOS setting of the board or did I mistake (or didnt made neccesary changes) in the *.ini files?

Any help I really appreciate.

Thanks a lot,

Christian
